Eli got a dr. kit from his parents when he came to visit his baby brother in the hospital. He loves to tell us we are sick so he can "fix" us. If you ask Eli your blood pressure, he says "2, 4, 5, 6!" In the second picture, he is delivering bad news to his Nana.
